Based upon the scriptures as found in Isaiah 61:1-3:
1The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;
2To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;
3To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified.
VISION
Through the ministries of this church, our goal is to develop relationships with hurting people by doing all within our means to relieve some of the felt-needs of the individual and/or family; thereby, earning the right to introduce to them the True Giver of Help and Healing, Jesus Christ our Lord.
MISSION
To do all we can within our power and means to bring the unsaved to accept Jesus Christ as Savior, to help the saved develop an intimate, life changing relationship with Him and to encourage His followers to make Him LORD of their life and family.
